The name of the compressed file will be kit_name-dcx_vaxexe
for OpenVMS VAX or kit_name-dcx_axpexe for OpenVMS Alpha.
Once the file is copied to your system, it can be expanded

ECO KIT SUMMARY:
An ECO kit exists for TP Desktop Connector Gateway for ACMS on
OpenVMS Alpha V7.1 and V7.2. This kit addresses the following
problems:
o There was a problem if the client application entered an
excessively long username at sign in. Potentially, the long
username could overflow the data structure that contained the
username, causing memory corruption. The code has now been
modified so that only the maximum number of characters allowed
for a VMS username can be assigned to the data structure.
o SWLUP entries "call to close socket failed" that follow the
entry "unexpected deletion of client" are extraneous. These
errors are posted when a client connection is broken before a
sign out is done. The code has been modified so that under
this scenario, the SWLUP entry will be limited to "unexpected
deletion of client".
INSTALLATION NOTES:
In order for the corrections in this kit to take effect, the system
must be rebooted. If the system is a member of a VMScluster, the
entire cluster should be rebooted.
