ECO KIT SUMMARY:
An ECO kit exists for OpenVMS/Hangul Alpha V7.2. This kit addresses the
following problems:
Problems Addressed in the ALP_KR_E01072 Kit:
o System Support
This kit is to enable OpenVMS/Hangul Alpha Version 7.2 run on
OpenVMS Alpha Version 7.2-1, so that OpenVMS/Hangul Alpha can
support the following new Alpha systems: Compaq AlphaServer
GS60, GS60e, GS140, ES40, DS20, DS10, and Compaq AlphaStation
XP900 workstation.
o HMAIL
The OpenVMS/Hangul HMAIL utility, starting with V7.0, if a user
attempt to forward a foreign file, the FORWARD command would
fail and the user is returned to the HMAIL> prompt. No message
of any kind is displayed. It has been modified to correctly
allow forwarding of foreign files.
Image(s) Affected: [HSYEXE]HMAIL.EXE
o SHOW
OpenVMS Registry introduces a new DCL command, SHOW SERVER, to
show the current status of the OpenVMS Registry on a specified
node in OpenVMS V7.2-1. As a result, OpenVMS/Hangul V7.2 is run-
ning on the OpenVMS V7.2-1, the SHOW utility will only display
the message number, instead of the message if users use the com-
mand "SHOW SERVER" to get the status of the server. The problem
was fixed in this kit.
Image(s) Affected: [SYSMSG]CLIUTLMSG.EXE
[SYSMSG.HANGUL]CLIUTLMSG.EXE
o DCL
This new DCL attempts to fix a problem in UNSTACK when unstack
back to procedure level zero in BATCH mode.
Image(s) Affected: [SYSEXE]DCL.EXE

account, and typing the following at the DCL prompt:
