ECO KIT SUMMARY:                                                       

An ECO (patch) kit exists for FYDRIVER.EXE on OpenVMS VAX V6.0.  This 
kit addresses the following problems:

  o  An INVEXCEPTN bugcheck at PADRIVER+97D0/9CC3 with FYDRIVER on 
     the stack may be experienced while looking at different disk 
     configurations/parameter settings.  This occurs after connection 
     to an HSJ40 is made using the following command:

          SET HOST/DUP/SERVER=MSCP$DUP/TASK=CLI HSJ04


INSTALLATION NOTES:

In order for the corrections in this kit to take effect, the system
must be rebooted.  If the system is a member of a VAXcluster, the 
entire cluster should be rebooted.
