NOTE: An OpenVMS saveset or PCSI installation file is stored
on the Internet in a self-expanding compressed file.
The name of the compressed file will be kit_name-dcx_vaxexe
for OpenVMS VAX or kit_name-dcx_axpexe for OpenVMS Alpha.
Once the file is copied to your system, it can be expanded
by typing RUN compressed_file. The resultant file will
be the OpenVMS saveset or PCSI installation file which
can be used to install the ECO.

ECO KIT SUMMARY:
An ECO kit exists for OpenVMS/Thai Alpha V7.1 through V7.1-2. This
kit addresses the following problems:
Problems Addressed in the ALP_TH_ECO03_071 Kit:
o LIB$ Run-Time Library
LIB$DT_FREE_MEMORY routine in LIBRTL might cause access violation.
This ECO kit provides a new LIBRTL image to correct this problem.
o Thai Print Facility
LATSYM symbiont process will terminate with BADLOGIC error. All
queues managed by the symbiont will stop. Thai Print Facility has
been modified to fix the problem correctly.
INSTALLATION NOTES:
System should be rebooted after successful installation of the kit. If
you have other nodes in your VMScluster, they are not required to be
rebooted.
