The following items are the problems being addressed by this latest
TeamLinks V2.1 ECO Kit.
39.) Format detection incorrect if part of MS Word file is
pasted into PowerPoint file.
40.) Modification date lost when moving documents.
41.) Memory leak when purging MailWorks drawer.
42.) Searching for text phrases in non-text documents in
a local drawer does not always provide accurate results.
The following items are problems addressed by the TeamLinks V2.1 Appli-
cation Integration Kit (AIK) available with this ECO Kit.
10.) Can not save chart with different name.
11.) Closing Word 6.0 with open MS-Graph 5.0 object results in Word hanging.
12.) Excel 5.0 spreadsheet protection is ramdomly set.
13.) Saving Excel document on Windows exit does not update it
in File Cabinet.

cation Integration Kit (AIK) available with ECO 05.
6.) Excel 5.0 displays wrong text on status line
for the 3rd and 4th Integration buttons.
7.) New Excel 5.0 document created from Infoman gets 'UNTITLE 1' as
caption.
8.) Word 6.0 Integration ignores changes to
Read Only documents during FileExit.
9.) Word 6.0 Integration DOS/SaveAs dialog treats the

INSTALLATION NOTES:
The ECO Kit comes as 3 self-extracting archive files:

The archive files listed above contain an installation procedure
that will apply the patch when executed.
This ECO Kit also contains the latest Application Integration Kit,
(AIK) Version 2.1b-006. The AIK.EXE archive file listed above expands
into several directories containing individual installation procedures
for each supported product.
Installation Overview
---------------------
1. Extract the contents of DISK1.EXE and DISK2.EXE into a temporary
directory by performing the following tasks. If this ECO Kit has
already been extracted into a shared area, skip to the 2nd step.
a. Create a temporary directory (e.g. C:\TLPATCH).
C:> MD TLPATCH
b. Set your current directory to this temporary directory.
C:> CD TLPATCH
c. Insert the 1st patch diskette into a drive and execute the
self-extracting archive file. Use the /D qualifier to create
the sub-directories.
C:\TLPATCH> A:\DISK1 /D
Insert the 2nd patch diskette into a drive and execute the
self-extracting archive file. Use the /D qualifier to create
the sub-directories.
C:\TLPATCH> A:\DISK2 /D
The patch installation kit will be created in subdirectories called
DISK1 and DISK2 in the current directory.
2. Execute the patch installation from Windows and select the options
that apply to your system configuration.
a. Enter Windows.
C:\TLPATCH> WIN
b. Prior to running the patch installation, shut down ALL applications,
except for the Program Manager, that may be loaded.
NOTE: If you have the TeamLinks Message Notification application being
loaded when Windows is started, remove the application from your StartUp
group or from the Run line in WIN.INI file and restart Windows.
c. Select the Run option from the File pulldown menu.
d. Run the SETUP.EXE program located in the temporary directory you
created in step 2.
Command Line: C:\TLPATCH\DISK1\SETUP.EXE
3. For the latest version of the Application Integration Kit (AIK), insert
the AIK diskette into a drive and execute the self-extracting archive file.
Use the /D qualifier to create the sub-directories.
C:\TLPATCH> A:\AIK /D
Refer to the READ1ST.TXT file in the AIK directory for installation
instruction specific to each application.
