DESCRIPTION

  This routine invokes the DECthreads internal debugger as a callable
  function.  It takes no arguments and does not return a value.	 It enters
  the internal debugger parsing loop. Type exit to return to the program.

  To pass a list of debugging commands to DECthreads, call pthread_debug_cmd.
