Navigating in books with no Tru64 UNIX title page
Some of these books have no graphic navigation aids. Most books of this type contain a set of text links similar to the following example at the bottom of each page:
Previous Page | Next Page | Table of Contents | Index
The table of contents in these books is integrated with the title and copyright page.
Other books have a navigation button bar above the book's title at the top of the title and copyright page. This button bar looks like the following illustration:
The button bar appears at the top and bottom of the table of contents, each chapter, and the index. It can include up to five different buttons; only buttons that are active appear.

This button searches forward for the first chapter marker later in the book than your present location. If you are in the last chapter, this button does not appear. |

This button searches backward for the first chapter marker earlier in the book than your present location. If you are in the first chapter, this button does not appear. |
