tz Points to the value of time, to be interpreted as the number of seconds since 00:00:00 GMT on January 1, 1970.DESCRIPTION
The stime() function sets the time and date of the system.RETURN VALUES
Upon successful completion, a value of 0 (zero) is returned. Otherwise, -1 is returned and errno is set to indicate the error.ERRORS
