TEXT/DOS/AAREADME.TXT November 2002 C-Kermit 8.0 CD-ROM TEXT/DOS Directory The UNIX directory tree contains text files in the appropriate format for DOS, Windows, OS/2, and VMS, in which each text line is terminated by a carriage return and a linefeed (CRLF). The following directories are in the DOS directory tree: INFO An overview of C-Kermit file naming conventions, plus general Kermit information: the Kermit Software catalog, the commercial redistribution policy, the Frequently Asked Questions document, a table of Kermit software versions, etc. INIFILES The standard C-Kermit 8.0 initialization file, plus a sample customization file and sample dialing, network, and services directories. SCRIPTS Demonstration script programs from "Using C-Kermit". MAC Macintosh Kermit, such as it is, including text-encoded binaries in BinHex (HQX) format. Mac Kermit is an unfinished product.
