This AdvFS correction makes the balance and rmvol programs more
interruptible by supplying a new option (-i). It also avoids wasting
extentmap entries and avoids a kmf in routine 'overlay_xtnt_map'
(footprint follows):

PROBLEM: (BCGMB018M) (PATCH ID: OSF510-485)
********
Balance was terminating before balancing the whole domain
when the domain was very large ( >4GB ).

PROBLEM: (90914) (PATCH ID: OSF510-455)
********
The vdf and showfdmn commands might incorrectly claim that you have the error
showfdmn: No such file or directory
This will occur when, for example, you create a domain with two volumes. Now
you remove the initial volume, When you issue either the vdf or "showfdmn -mk"
commands, the error will appear.

PROBLEM: (91062) (PATCH ID: OSF510-543)
********
Change the rmvol error messages to more accurately reflect why rmvol
failed.
Change showfdmn so that it does not say it succeeded when it failed.
