BUGS AND LOSSAGES TO FIX

Fix lack of terrain drawing when passing by hidden unit on unseen terrain
in mono mode.

Fix bogus unit name that can appear during attack of self-destructing unit.

Fix ambiguity in occupant death messages if attacker and defender occupied.

Change mode switching so multi-input commands not aborted when another
player's turn is over.

Add ability to randomly name unnamed "named" units read from mapfiles.

Make crippled transports lose occupants at the moment they are hit.

Fix annoyances in disbanding occupants (kicks out of survey back to move mode).

Provide manual control over repetition of standing orders.

Implement temporary wakeup using "awake" slot.

Add period words for ability of attack to steal (or give?) resources.
