SYMPTOMS
Consider the following scenario. You send an e-mail message
by using Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 on a Microsoft Windows 2000 Service
Pack 4 (SP4)-based computer. The e-mail message has a single subject header and
does not have an e-mail body. After you turn on the enable sender filter
feature in Exchange System Manager (ESM), the connection is dropped, and you
receive the following error message:
421 4.1.0 Dropping
connection due to an error on this server.
RESOLUTION

problem that this article describes. Apply it only to systems that are
experiencing this specific problem.

Restart requirement
You do not have to restart the computer.

(UTC). When you view the file information, it is converted to local time. To
find the difference between UTC and local time, use the
