Windows Server 2003 Platform SDK, February 2003

  Originally publicly available at the following URL:

  To install, download all files to a directory (for example, C:\psdktemp),
  then in a terminal run:
    cd C:\psdktemp
    psdk-full.bat C:\psdk
  This will extract the Platform SDK files to C:\psdk. From there, open
  C:\psdk and run setup.exe to install.
