Implement following defects from flashpoint levels 19,20 :-

PCI Busmastering Network Cards will now default to busmaster off.
This will fix a warmboot problem with both Token Ring and
        Ethernet Busmastering PCI Cards.

Minor Bug in Setup Utility (txt not erase on cursor down)
Memory detection algorithm changed per Intel
Incorporate new translations for several languages.

1762 error after adding 6X or 8X CDROM Drives. The problem is an error
in the chipset on the drive. However, we will change the detection
code to get around the chip problem. This only fails on drives with
        one vendors chipset.
Correct hardware error with Palm token ring adapter. Symptom was that
the card would hang on a warm boot.
PCI protocol violation with 32 clock retry and ECC (Intel errata)
DRAM Cache Refresh During PCI Peer to Peer Traffic.(Intel errata)
12x10 Asymmetric DRAM Detection error. (Intel errata)
Correct problem with ATI video card. Card would not work.
Correct system hang problems with 2 2940 Adpatec cards in the system.
Correct help messages in non-US languages

Fix for ECC not being enabled at Auto config in MFG process.
