There are some fundemental semantic differences on unlock on close
between POSIX and NT.  Also manditory locking is very different,
Unix systems block, NT sends error messages.  I am sure we can
unite some of these things.

I would be interested in what NetApp and Auspex have done as both
claim to have "solved" this problem.
