SYMPTOM:
Unable to programatically (via the application executable code or the
application starting a secondary COMMAND.COM) run NET (net.exe) with
the application and Personal NetWare or NetWare Lite loaded.

CAUSE:
This is usually caused by insufficient memory for the NET.EXE utility
to run.

SOLUTION:
This is not officially supported by Novell.  The workaround is to NET
CAPTURE and/or NET MAP before executing the application.  There will
be a Software Developers Kit in early 1995 for Personal NetWare which
will allow this ability programatically from an application.  There
is currently no Software Developers Kit planned for NetWare Lite.
