This fixes two issues with Terminal Server and NALEXPLD.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Copy this file into the SYS:PUBLIC directory on your server and when NALEXPLD
is run on the TS it will update this in the C:\WTSRV\SYSTEM32 directory.  If it
does not then manually update it.

ISSUE: 

10050105 - The desktop delivered icons appear normally in the first session but
disappear from the desktop and start menu when the second session is
established. 
10050927 - NAL distributed applications do not show up with their correct icons
from an ICA session.
