ABSTRACT:

The TRAPMON.nlm that shipped with ZENworks 2 (desktops) is not compatible with
ZENworks for Servers 2.   The TRAPMON.NLM (v1.0 9/19/2000) contained in
TRPMON.EXE resolves this issue.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Before installing ZfS2 on a ZENworks 2 server:
    - Ensure that the target NetWare server is a ZENworks 2 database server.
    - Install ZENworks 2 Support Pack 1 on the target NetWare server.
    - Stop the ZENWorks 2 services on the target server.
    - Update the TRAPMON.NLM on the target server.
      TRAPMON.NLM in ZENWorks 2 is incompatible with the SNMP.NLM
      and SNMPLOG.NLM provided with ZfS2. Therefore, you must ensure
      that the target server has a new version of TRAPMON.NLM as follows:
        > Stop the ZENWorks 2 services on the target server.
        > FF Manually copy the new TRAPMON.NLM to the target server.

    - Do not restart the ZENworks 2 services until after installing ZFS2
      as described in "Installing ZfS2 on the ZENworks 2 Server" on page 353. 


ISSUE: 

The TRAPMON.nlm that shipped with ZENworks 2 (desktops) is not compatible with
ZENworks for Servers 2. Before installing ZENworks for Servers 2 to a server
that is running ZENworks 2 the following instructions must be followed. NOTE:
Details regarding the Interoperability of ZfS2 and ZfD3 and ZENworks 2 are
contained in Appendix I of the ZENworks for Servers 2 administration guides.
