ISSUE: 

PKI Snapin Issues
==============
1- The details button for viewing certificate information was inoperative.
2- The certificates display for a user chopped off the buttons at the bottom of
the property page


NMAS Snapin Issues (NMAS Starter Pack)
==================================
1-  The property page for the Login Policy Object was inoperative.  This is the
page on which login sequences are defined/displayed.
2-  A Java ClassCastException was being thrown at startup and at other times.
This was blocking use of ConsoleOne 1.2C.
