NSS volumes.

This file can only be applied to servers running support pack 2a.
Do not apply to a server running previous versions of NSS.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Copy MBCOMN.NSS to SYS:SYSTEM and MBCOMN.MSG to SYS:SYSTEM/NLS/4.

ISSUE: 

This new MBCOMN.NSS resolves an issue restoring META Data during restores to
NSS volumes.
Symptoms:
Backup Exec returns error 8e when restoring data to an NSS volume.
