After installing SP3 to a NetWare5.1 server, a file can be copied from a volume
with a high security label to a volume with a low security label.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

This file is to be applied ONLY on NW5.1 file servers that have SP3 applied.

1. Down the file server.
2. Rename the Existing MASV.NLM found in C:\NWSERVER.
3. Copy this update in its place.  
4. Restart the server.
5. Type "M MASV" at the server console to verify that the new MASV.NLM is
loaded.

ISSUE: 

With SP3 installed on a NetWare5.1 server, a file can be copied from a volume
with a high security label to a volume with a low security label. 

The problem can be duplicated by following steps below:
1. Apply sp3 to a NW5.1 server.
2. Set the volume label for an NSS volume to "biometric and password," and the
label for vol SYS to "logged in."
3. Login with a clearance of "biometric and password."
4. Create a file in notepad and save it to the NSS Volume.
5. Launch explorer and copy the file from the NSS volume to vol SYS. It will
copy without error.
