INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Create the directory NWUPDATE off the root of the dos drive NetWare was
installed on. (eg. C:\NWUPDATE )  Copy INSTPROX.NLM into the C:\NWUPDATE
directory prior to initiating the In-Place upgrade or Installation.

ISSUE: 

This file fixes problems with the NetWare 5.x In-Place upgrade failing.  The
failure normally occurs right before or directly after the Xconsole Java GUI
loading. You can expect to see one or none of the following errors on the
server console or the NI.LOG file.

Error "com.novell.application.install.util.InstallException: No data returned:
-3" 
Fatal: Unrecoverable error in driver.mainHallway()
Error 1
Error 5
