INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Replace the existing nlsi32.dll file in directory where your Upgrade Wizard or
Migration Wixard executable file is.

ISSUE: 

Upgrade Wizard 3.1 or Migration Wizard 4.0

Symptom 
Error Message: migwin32.exe caused a page fault in kernel32.dll 

When copying volumes at the point that you select "Copy" the above error is
displayed. 

Cause
Old NLSI32.DLL 

Fix 
Use this new NLSI32.DLL
