INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

This file needs to be present in the sys:_Netware directory, and should be a 28
byte file. This can be copied to the _Netware directory using the Toolbox.nlm
or Netbasic.nlm. Rconsole can also be used using an SPX connection to the
server. Hit alt F1, choose Transfer Files to Server and then enter source of
file and target <sys:_netware>.

ISSUE: 

When this file is either corrupt or missing, we have seen where the server will
display a -723 or -736 error on boot-up.
