abstract
XCONSSRV.NLM is used with XCONSOLE.NLM to provide remote NetWare console control through TELNET. This XCONSSRV.NLM (v9.00f) corrects a high CPU utilization problem. This version is already present in NW 6.0. It has also been tested and is applicable to NetWare 5.1 and NetWare 4.2 environments.
On July 26, 2002, this download was modified to correct step #2 of the install instructions of the readme. No other changes where made to the download.
installation
1. Rename SYS:SYSTEM\XCONSSRV.NLM to another name.
2. Rename SYS:SYSTEM\NLS\4\XCONSSRV.MSG to another name.
3. Copy the new XCONSSRV.NLM to SYS:SYSTEM.
4. Copy the new XCONSSRV.MSG to SYS:SYSTEM\NLS\4.
5. Unload XCONSOLE and XCONSSRV.
6. Load XCONSOLE.

This XCONSSRV.NLM corrects a high utilization problem.
