ISSUE: 

As shipped, the products supported PASV functionality but not NLST, GET, or
PUT.
 LWP001.EXE fully implements NLST, GET and PUT subcommands.
 NOTE:  Since Rapid FTP does not issue MGET or MPUT (which are simulated by a
series of individual GET or PUT commands), they have not been implemented.

 TESTING
 Has been tested in the following configuration:
           - Local client window and a remote server window.

 Not tested with the following configurations:
         - Two local client windows
         - Two remote server windows.

Installation Instructions:

1.  Make sure LWP.INI (16-bit) or LWPPRO.INI (32-bit) contains the following:
     [FTP_Protocol]
     SupportPasv=1


 2.  Install
       A. Windows 3.1x systems:
                      - Run "INSTALLR"

       B. Windows 95 systems:
                      - Run "INSTALLR /WIN95"
