ABSTRACT:

This patch contains both the configuration and binaries necessary to support
connecting to PASV FTP servers.

ISSUE: 

WFTP32.DLL (5.1.33.1) -- Version to provide PASV support for Rapid FTP.

 WFTPFS.DLL (5.00.207) -- Version to provide PASV support for Rapid Filer.

 The original code base (from LAN WorkPlace 5) did not completely support PASV
functionality. The connection was supported, but not NLST, GET, or PUT. This
correct fully implements NLST, GET and PUT subcommands. Note that since Rapid
FTP does not issue MGET or MPUT (these are simulated by a series of individual
GET or PUT commands), these have not been implemented.  This correction was
mirrored between the 16-bit application code and the 32-bit application code.

 This code has been tested in the following configuration:
  Local client window and a remote server window.

 Make sure that LWP.INI (16-bit) or LWPPRO.INI (32-bit) contains the following:
     [FTP_Protocol]
     SupportPasv=1

Installation Instructions:

Run "INSTALLR" for Windows 3.1x systems and "INSTALLR /WIN95" for Windows 95
systems.
