SYMPTOM:

After installing Novell DOS 7, the external floppy drive would not
function properly.

The driver that the user was using for his external floppy drive was
B_EZFDSK.  This driver either assigns the floppy drive as drive B, or
allows the user to define the drive letter that the drive will use. 
This driver did not work with Novell DOS 7.

SOLUTION:

The user used a different driver for his external floppy drive.  This
other driver is called P_EZFDSK and assigns the drive as the next
available drive letter.  The user then used the ASSIGN command in the
config.sys to give the drive the letter B.
