SYMPTOM:

When launching some Windows applications an error message is returned
regarding VSHARE and\or SHARE not being loaded.

CAUSE:

Novell DOS 7 (ND7) and MSDOS 6.xx handle VSHARE support in different
ways.  MSDOS 6.xx has VSHARE support built into its kernel.  ND7 has
VSHARE support built into SHARE.EXE.  ND7 offers the same level of
VSHARE support as MSDOS 6.xx.

SOLUTION:

The user needs to load SHARE.EXE in the AUTOEXEC.BAT file.  In most
cases no parameters are needed on the share line as the defaults will
do fine.  This is not a bug or a problem.  It is simply different
ways of implementing the same level of support.
