This version will support up to 255 EMS handles instead of the 64 handles supported by the standard version (ver 2.1) of the driver. NOTE: After installing this file and rebooting, EMM386.SYS will have a slightly larger footprint in the Upper Memory region. This change may mean that fewer of your drivers or Terminate and Stay Resident programs (TSR's) will be able to load into that area.
