ISSUE

SYMPTOM:  "CANNOT LOAD FILE : C:\COMMAND.COM..."

ISSUE/PROBLEM: Applications are generating a DOS error message
when the application is terminated. The error message is: "Can
not load file : C:\COMMAND.COM Insert correct disk and press any
key to retry..." 

SOLUTION: The NETROOM utility has the ability to relocate the DOS
command interpreter (COMMAND.COM) into upper memory. When this
option is disabled, the applications no longer generated the
error message.
