Extracting this update will create a directory structure indicating the proper location for the installed files: \9532PT3\NOVELL\CLIENT32\CLIENT32.NLM \9532PT3\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\LOGINW32.DLL \9532PT3\9532PT3.TXT To install the updated files on a system where the Novell Client 3.2 for Windows 95/98 has already been installed: 1. Backup the current LOGINW32.DLL located in the \WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory. 2. Backup the current CLIENT32.NLM located in the \NOVELL\CLIENT32 directory. 3. Copy the new LOGINW32.DLL into the \WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory. 4. Copy the new CLIENT32.NLM into the \NOVELL\CLIENT32 directory. To update the client source files for new client installations: Copy the LOGINW32.DLL and CLIENT32.NLM from this update to the root of the Novell Client 3.2 for Windows 95/98 installation set directory. Do not maintain the directory structure created during extraction of this update; the updated files must overwrite the original versions already present in the shipping installation set. When SETUP.EXE is subsequently run from the updated installation set directory, the updated files will be installed automatically.
