Remove (or make optional) doubling of delimiters in cmqst, add optional
C-style handling of \x sequences.

Write real cmtime routines for unix

Make continuation sequences more general.

Move and rename fdbchn routine.

Reorder the FDBs.

Check use of dttzone routine, add code field in datime structure.
