To compute and round to the nearest nickel, the formula would be typed as follows:

=ROUND((A1/0.05),0)*0.05

To compute and round to the nearest dime, the formula would be typed as follows:

=ROUND((A1/0.1),0)*0.1

To compute and round to the nearest quarter, the formula would be typed as follows:

=ROUND((A1/0.25),0)*0.25

This single formula makes finding errors far more difficult and is not generally recommended.
