SYMPTOMS
Windows FTADMIN generates an error 2140 if used with Windows for
Workgroups.
CAUSE
Windows for Workgroups is using an old NETAPI.DLL file.
RESOLUTION
Obtain the current NETAPI.DLL. Contact Microsoft Product Support Services.
