RESOLUTION
Try one of the following resolutions.
Resolution 1: Changing the Margins
In the "Page Layout and Printing" section, the tutorial asks you to
add a header and footer to a document and then choose Print Preview.
In a Works document with header and/or footer margins that are
positioned outside of the printable region, Works generates the error
message "Header too tall" or "Footer too tall." In the Works tutorial,
this same problem prevents the tutorial from continuing and returns an
error message.
You can successfully complete the tutorial by changing the margins in
the applicable tutorial files or by selecting a printer that has an
unprintable region of less than 0.5" at the top and 0.75" at the
bottom.
The documents used by this portion of the tutorial are THESIS.WPS,
ENERGY.WKS, and PATRONS.WDB. To change the margins in these documents,
complete the following steps:
- From the File menu, choose Open Existing File and change to the
MSWORKS.CBT directory.
- Select one of the files listed above and choose OK.
- From the File menu, choose Page Setup & Margins.
- Increase the bottom and footer margins to large enough values so
that the footer is not positioned outside of the printable
region.
- Repeat steps 1-4 for each of the three files.

printer driver, query on the following words in the Microsoft
