Sum of Parameter Settings Causes "Not Enough Memory" (97501)

SUMMARY
You may experience problems loading TCP/IP and receive a NET0110
"not enough memory" error, even when you think you have sufficient
memory available. This is a parameter problem. If the sum of

is greater than 22, it will generate a "not enough memory" error. To
