Microsoft Technical Support supports macros, WordBasic, and Visual Basic for Applications in the following ways:

  • We offer explanations of WordBasic and Visual Basic for Applications syntax, functionality, and purpose.
  • We explain how to create, edit, troubleshoot, and debug macros in Word.
  • We identify and account for bugs in the WordBasic and Visual Basic for Applications programming languages.
  • Sometimes we can identify the source of an error message.
