On page 354 of the "Works for Windows User's Guide," there is an error
in the description of how to insert a page break between each group in
a sorted report. The error is in the example for step 1.
The correct procedure is as follows:
- Make sure that there is a blank Summ <fieldname> row below the one
containing summary information.
To add an additional Summ <fieldname> row above the currently
selected row, choose Insert Row/Column from the Edit menu, select
the appropriate Summ <fieldname> row for the type, and choose the
OK button.
- Select the last <Summ fieldname> row.
- From the Edit menu, choose Insert Page Break.
Note: This method will cause an additional blank page or a page with
only headings to print with the report.
