SUMMARY

Works for Windows may have trouble converting from other file types on a network installation of Windows and may display the following error message:
Cannot write to <Windows user's directory>
This can occur for either of the two following reasons:

  • The user may not have read, write, create, and delete privileges to the Windows user's directory. -or-

  • Windows may not be installed correctly for each workstation on a network.
