RESOLUTION
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Works versions 2.x. This
problem was corrected in Works version 3.0.
To work around this problem in versions 2.x, insert a column of 0 width to
contain the page break, as follows:
- Select the column immediately to the right of the page break.
- From the Edit menu, choose Insert Row/Column.
- From the Format menu, choose Column Width.
- Enter 0 in the Width dialog box and choose OK.
- From the Edit menu, choose Insert Page Break to reset the break.
If the page break that is causing the problem is automatic, then from
the Edit menu, choose Insert Page Break.
Now the border will print correctly.
