The HTML pages that correspond to error code 12221 and to error code 12222 appear in English in a non-English language version of ISA Server 2006 (925003)

SYMPTOMS

You are running a non-English language version of Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server 2006. When you view the HTML pages that correspond to error code 12221 and to error code 12222, the information appears in English. You expect the error information to appear in the same language as the version of ISA Server 2006 that you use.

CAUSE

This problem occurs because the HTML error pages for error code 12221 and for error code 12222 are updated for the appropriate language version in ISA Server 2006.

These HTML pages have the following file names:
  • 12221r.htm
  • 12222r.htm
By default, these HTML pages are located in the following folder:

%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft ISA Server\ErrorHtmls

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, obtain an updated version of the 12221r.htm and 12222r.htm files from the Microsoft Update Web site. To do this, visit the following Microsoft Web site:

http://update.microsoft.com

Note You must visit this Web site from the computer that is running ISA Server.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed in the "Applies to" section.

Note This error message contains a grammatical error. The last sentence in this error message should state "The client certificate restrictions have not been met."
