SYMPTOMS

When you try to use any other wireless optical mouse together with the Microsoft Wireless Optical Desktop 700 product, you may notice that the wireless mouse does not work. For example, you may experience this issue when you try to use Microsoft Wireless IntelliMouse Explorer together with Microsoft Wireless Optical Desktop 700.

CAUSE

This issue occurs because the wireless optical mouse that you use is incompatible with the Wireless Optical Desktop 700 product.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, use only the wireless optical mouse that is included in the Wireless Optical Desktop 700 product.
