SYMPTOMS

Microsoft Office Communicator 2005 may close unexpectedly when the program requests a long term calendar entry or a contact from Microsoft Office Outlook 2003. When this behavior occurs, you do not receive an error message.

Note This problem may occur even if the Pageheap option is not enabled.

RESOLUTION
