Unable to move items from inbox to other folders (924254)

or to a .pst file.
ERROR MESSAGE (If applicable):
Can't move the items. The item could not be moved. It was either already moved or
deleted, or access was denied. ENVIRONMENT:
Exchange Server 2003 Service Pack 1 Outlook 2003 Service Pack 1
CAUSEWe discovered that the working folder for email conversion was located on a
slow/busy drive.
RESOLUTIONFollowed the steps in KB822936 to move the working folder to a different disk.
- Start Registry Editor.
- Locate and then click the following key in the registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeIS\ParametersSystem - In the right-side pane, double-click Working Directory:REG_SZ: Folder_Path.
- In the String Editor box, type the path of a folder on a faster drive, and then
click OK.
- Close Registry Editor.
