server machine account object.RESOLUTIONUse ADSIEdit to manually add the attributes.
ADSIEdit is available as part of the windows 200/2003 Support tools available for
download from http://www.microsoft.com/downloadsTo correct the problem:
Open ADSIEdit.
Open ADSIEdit and navigate to the following: CN=servername,CN=containerpath,DC=domain,DC=com. Substitute your domain name and
container path.
Note: If the container path to the server machine account object is unknown, use
Active Directory Users and Computers to search for the server, and then select the
Object tab to get the container path. By default the server machine account object
will be located in the Computers container immediately under the domain. If the
Object tab is not visible, enable Advanced Features from the View pull down
menu.
Right click on the server machine account object and select Properties. From the
Properties list navigate to the serviceprincipalname attribute and add the missing
values. For example:
exchangeMDB/NetBIOS domain name exchangeMDB/Fully qualified domain name exchangeRFR/NetBIOS domain name exchangeRFR/Fully qualified domain name
