Mail Created by Blackberry Garbled When Forwarded by OWA to an OWA Client (924212)

by Blackberry from the Sent Items Folder using OWA and then Forwards it to another
user. If the recipient reads the message using OWA, then it is displayed like the
following (note the real message may have Squares or other characters)
From: Sender
Sent: Wednesday, March 29, 2006 9:18 AM
To: Recipient
Subject: FW:Testing

If the message is forwarded out of the environment then it is displayed correctly. It is also displayed correctly if either the sending or receiving mail client is a MAPI Client. RESOLUTIONThe customer is using a 3rd party program from Eserver to add disclaimers and
signatures to all messages.
To resolve the problem the customer added the following registry key on the
Exchange Server per eserver:
