SYMPTOMSWhen you open an e-mail message in Microsoft Office Outlook 2003, the body of the message may appear to be blank.CAUSEThis problem may occur when the following conditions are true: - The message format of the e-mail message is Plain Text.
- You open the e-mail message from a personal folders (.pst) file.
- The .pst file was created in Microsoft Outlook 2000.
RESOLUTIONTo resolve this issue, install Microsoft Office 2003 Service Pack 2.
