This article describes how the Resolve Lookup dialog box for a Lookup By Key does not display a value.

You have to obtain the Lookup By Key information from the form designer.

To find the intended target of most other lookups, follow these steps:
  1. Open the Designer sandbox.
  2. Click Settings and Options, and then click the Lookup References tab.
  3. Look in the Target column of the lookup.
Note These views currently do not display the key value for lookups by key.
