SYMPTOMSMicrosoft Office Outlook 2003 may take longer than expected to complete tasks on a Microsoft Windows 2000-based computer. For example, when you open the Calendar, the Calendar may take longer than expected to open. When you view the Outlook.exe and Services.exe processes in Task Manager, you see that these processes may consume up to 100 percent of the processor resources.
